Do you offer online coaching or in-person training?

I offer both online 1:1 coaching (available worldwide) and in-person personal training in Calgary.

Online coaching gives you full support with training, nutrition, and accountability from anywhere. In-person training is ideal if you want hands-on guidance in the gym. We’ll decide the best fit based on your goals and lifestyle.

how does the whole process work?

The process starts with an application so I can learn more about your goals, lifestyle, and challenges. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll connect to map out a plan.

From there, you’ll receive fully personalized coaching with regular check-ins, adjustments, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent and see results.

What’s the difference between 1:1 coaching and the Lean & Tone program?

1:1 coaching is fully personalized and hands-on. You’ll get custom training, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and direct support from me as we adjust things based on your progress and real life.

Lean & Tone is a self-guided program built on the same framework, but without ongoing 1:1 support. It’s best for women who want structure and are confident working independently.

If you’re ready for real change and want hands-on support, personalized guidance, and accountability, 1:1 coaching is where it happens.
