For years, I worked long, demanding shifts in healthcare while trying to “fit in” my own health when I could.
Like many women I work with now, my routines were inconsistent. I’d plan to start tomorrow, try to be perfect for a week, then fall off when life got busy again.
That experience shaped how I coach today.
I learned that real results don’t come from doing more — they come from doing what’s realistic, consistently. That’s what I now help my clients build: simple systems that work even when life isn’t calm or predictable.
